No returns. Exchange is available if an item does not fit.

Most of I.CONIC’s pieces are fitted and can not be resold once tried on. If you have any issues with your order please email, kaliyahk@shopiconicthebrand.com


I.CONIC is under no circumstances responsible or liable for any processes, delays, or mishaps caused by your countries customs. 

Processing times

To reduce fashion waste, all of I.CONIC items are made to order. Since each piece is handmade, please allow 5-7 business days before contacting about your order! 

Lost packages

We are not responsible for any delivery issues or lost items. Once the packages are sent to the mail courier they are out of our hands. 

Please confirm that your address is entered correctly before checking out and specify any special delivery requests!
