No returns, accept for defective products only. Must provide email proof of item(s) being defective.

Exchange is only available if an item does not fit. We want to make sure each icon is satisfied with their order!

I.CONIC is under no circumstances responsible or liable for any processes, delays, or mishaps caused by your countries customs.
Shipping pricing will vary depending on location and package weight.
Processing times
To reduce fashion waste, some I.CONIC items are made to order. Since majority of the pieces is handmade, please allow 5-7 business days to process and ship out orders. Please keep in mind this processing period before contacting about your order!
Lost packages
We are not responsible for any delivery issues or lost items. Once the packages are sent to the mail courier they are out of our hands.
