Q: Are all of I.CONIC pieces handmade?

A: Majority of the pieces are designed, sourced, cut and sewn by Kaliyah unless stated imported or hand curated.

 

Q: What countries do you ship to?

A: We offer worldwide shipping, no icon left behind!


Q: How do I exchange an item?

A: Oh no! If you've received your order and something's wrong with it we need to be notified via email within 3 days of receipt. If the item is completely doesn’t fit, or is damaged we'll need photos to further assist! I.CONIC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please email kaliyahk@shopiconicthebrand.com
